Every room in this home is spacious. Two large living areas provide a setting for large get-togethers. Large TVs are located in the living room and master bedroom. Both bathrooms are very elegant. The master bath has a spacious shower with two shower heads, including a 16x16 inch rainfall head. All four bedrooms have ample closet space and under bed drawers for storage. The large dining area has a wood burning fireplace and a sofa that makes a relaxing setting for dining or just sitting around the fire. Enjoy the comfort of the back patio while the kids or pets play in the large grassy yard. There’s plenty of parking under the carport and in the wide driveway.
The kitchen is amazing, boasting tons of cabinet space and everything you’ll need to cook delicious meals. The stove and oven are gas. The refrigerator is a Sub-Zero with two freezer drawers and and ice maker. All dishes, glassware, silverware and appliances you’ll need to prepare a meal are here.

A Lovely Gem!
This is a lovely gem in a sweet and interesting town. Mere blocks from the center of Roswell, you could easily walk to all of the great UFO / Alien sights in downtown. However, if you want to stay inside, there may not be a nicer place to do so in Roswell. The house seems to have undergone a thorough renovation and feels very modern and clean. The backyard was a beautiful place to sit and watch our dogs play, while the dining room had a lovely table with a backyard view. In the evenings, we enjoyed watching TV in the comfortable and spacious living room, before retiring to one of the very nice and large bedrooms. The master bathroom was GORGEOUS - it felt like a 5-star hotel! Thanks again for letting us stay in such a lovely home!

Beautiful Place… Elegant
Beautiful place, 5 star all the way around. Elegant, central and have everything you need. We comfortably stayed with my parents and 4 children. The yard in the back is great for a small soccer match and is super clean. The beds are super super comfy. Plenty of linens and just an amazing place. I would give it 6 stars if that was an option.

Home Away from Home.
What a wonderful home! Chris thought of everything that is needed to make this your home away from home. We travel quite extensively for work and spend more time on the road than where we actually live, so to come across a home that has everything is such a blessing. It was a treat cooking in the kitchen! Most Airbnb’s we have come across, only supply the minimum. Not Chris’s home. Everything you can think of is there! This home was super clean. Yard maintained beautifully. Great parking, quiet neighborhood, perfect location, close to everything. Awesome Host! Can’t wait to come back to Roswell!!
